Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Scheduled appointment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. However, we require a 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any service at no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a 50% charge for each service. Because of this policy a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders. Your credit card is used only to reserve the appointment. You are not pre-paying for your service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, guests may choose method of payment. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we cannot hold your appointment. 100% of your service fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each appointment that was cancelled in less than 24 hours before the appointment time. NO SHOWS POLICY: No-Shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients & staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons we ask that you honor the time we have set aside for you and give us notice if you are not going to keep your appointment. If you have frequent cancellations, please forgive us but we will not be able to book you in the future. You will be responsible for the missed appointment. LATE ARRIVALS POLICY: Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. Please arrive a minimum of five minutes in advance prior to your salon treatment to ensure adequate time for services. Please let us know as soon as possible if running late. If you are late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. You may also only receive services for the remainder of your allotted appointment time to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Out of respect for other guests we cannot cut into another guests appointment time to make up for your late arrival. Regardless of the length of time already given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please note that we have a 15 minutes late policy. Arriving 15 minutes after your appointment will be considered a No-Show and you will be charged accordingly to the services made. As a courtesy and consideration to your beauty professional and other customers, please plan accordingly to be on time. Please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In the case of this event, the cancellation or rescheduling policy will come into affect. REFUND POLICY: All service sales and gift card sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within three business days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in store credit only. Store credit must be used within 90 days from issue date of the store credit. LASH FILL POLICY: At Glam Studio llc we recommend that all new clients book a removal and new full set. Other salons may use different products and techniques that we at Glam Studio do not perform. After arriving for your appointment we will fill your lashes at our discretion depending on the condition of your current extensions. If we feel as though your current eyelash extensions were done properly and your natural lashes are not compromised we will then change your appointment to an external fill. We recommend lash fills every two weeks. Lash fills booked after 21 days after prior lash fill will result in a charge for a full set. We thank you for your kind understanding. APPOINTMENT POLICY: Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to call or email as well prior to your appointment to ask any questions you may have. REACTIONS & SENSITIVITIES POLICY: Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare. Your safety and care are of my most concern. We use the highest quality products and proper application techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry to ensure your safety and lash health. A reaction to products used during your service, although at very low risk, are a possibility that you should be aware of when receiving this service. Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately otherwise not for seeable. However, Glam Studio llc is Not liable for reaction due to our products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test two days before your appointment. No refunds will be issued for reactions. Please be sure to let us know at your earliest convenience if you become aware of any type of reaction. We will do our best to remedy the problem. NO GUEST POLICY: Please refrain from bringing friends, family, children, or pets to your appointment as this may cause distractions or delays during your appointment time. NO CELL PHONE POLICY: All appointments will begin & end on time. Please refrain from cell phone usage during your appointment. Doing so will cost you your appointment time if your beauty professional has to make any adjustments during application. Clients eyes must remain closed during the entire application. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT POLICY: Your pre-care is just as important as your aftercare. To protect your investment, please arrive with clean, make-up free lashes. If you use waterproof mascara or eyeliner, avoid using it one week before your scheduled appointment. The film it leaves on your lashes may prevent the extensions from adhering seamlessly, causing poor retention. Your beauty professional will not be responsible for poor lash retention if you arrive with any make-up or waterproof products on your lashes. Do Not Use an oil based make up remover for at least 3 days before application; as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Your technician will perform a light cleanse ONLY before the application. Please arrive to your appointment with dry, clean lashes and free of make-up. The more time that your technician has to spend cleansing your lashes, the less application time you will receive. Also, Please remove your contact lenses before your appointment. AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY: Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval of an adult. SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY: Please notify our studio before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes or are pregnant. All salon guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind. PRICES POLICY: We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest.
